AFRS Incident Notes
02:27 — AFRS received a request from the Ohio State Patrol (OSP) to assist in locating a missing person who may have been involved in a motor vehicle crash. It was believed the person was in a wooded area.
02:27 — AFRS obtained the street address information and provided an estimated time of arrival (ETA) of 20 minutes.
02:37 — OSP advised that their troopers and the local sheriff’s office had located the missing person and that air support was no longer required.
02:37 — AFRS continued to the scene to assist the ground team.
02:40 — AFRS arrived in the area and coordinated with Chester Township Fire Department, OSP, and the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office.
03:00 — Ground teams brought the person out of the woods and loaded them into an ambulance for further evaluation.
03:15 — AFRS departed the scene.

This is a great example of interagency teamwork and the effective use of available resources to accomplish a common mission.
