Drawing

Once we sell 700 tickets - We will hold an online drawing where numbers will be pulled from a hopper/tumbler live.

This will be a live public event streamed on AFRS.US Facebook and Youtube channels.

Ticket holders will be notified via email of the live event and if they are a winner.

Ticket holders do NOT need to be present to win.

Winners will be notifed via email, text message, or voice.

Winners must claim their prize within 24 hours by simply emailing us back their raffle ticket they purchased.

Your raffle ticket

Your raffle ticket will arrive via email after your purchase.   If we contact you as the winner, simply email the ticket back to us for validation.

What if you purchased more than one raffle ticket in a single order?

In this case - It may be confusing because your email only shows ONE number with a quantity of X.    In these cases we will place X amount of tickets with your order number in the hopper.  

How will you receive your item?

Once we confirm the winner - The item will be delivered to you by one of our team members or shipped via a third party such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier.   If you have moved since the purchase date - Please let us know so we get the raffle item to the correct address.

Proceeds from this raffle assist us in maintaining operations costs and purchasing new equipment for field operations.

By entering this raffle - You allow AFRS to use your name/photos or other non-sensitive information for marketing purposes or public disclosure.  We will only utilize your name and town - Your private information such as address, credit card info, and other sensitive information is confidential and will not be released to the public.

Failure to claim within 24 hours:

If the winner of any ticket item fails to claim their winning within 24 hours by way of email (social@afrss.us) or telephone (614-642-4900) - We will announce another drawing and notify all ticket purchasers of the new drawing date/time.

IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH OHIO LAWS REGARDING RAFFLES FOR 501C3 NONPROFITS - THE FOLLOWING MUST BE ADHERED TO:

1 - YOU MUST BE PHYSICALLY IN OHIO, AND A RESIDENT OF OHIO AT THE TIME YOU PURCHASE YOUR TICKET ONLINE.

2 - YOU MUST BE 18+ TO PURCHASE OR WIN.

3 - AFRS WILL PHYSICALLY PRINT, TUMBLE, AND PULL YOUR TICKET DURING A LIVE EVENT - NO ELECTRONIC NUMBER GENERATORS WILL BE USED.

4 - IF YOU PURCHASED A TICKET AND WE DISCOVER YOU WERE NOT IN OHIO OR NOT A RESIDENT OF OHIO THE TIME YOUR TICKET WAS PURCHASED - YOUR TRANSACTION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED A RAFFLE TICKET PURCHASE, BUT INSTEAD WILL BE CONVERTED TO A DONATION TO A NONPROFIT GROUP - NO REFUNDS OR CHARGE BACKS WILL BE MADE - IN SUCH CASES YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL.

5 - AFRS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE THIS ITEM WITH ONE OF EQUIVALENT VALUE, FEATURES, STYLE, OR DESIGN IF REQUIRED.

6 -  WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TAXES IF APPLICABLE.  NORMALLY APPLIES TO RETAIL VALUES GREATER THAN 600 DOLLARS.

7 - RAFFLE TICKET IS VOID IF PURCHASED WITH STOLEN CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD OR OTHER ILLEGAL ACTIVITY.
