• You are a Federal agency operating in the boundaries of Ohio.

• Any State or Local government agency within Ohio.

• You are a community member and AFRS elects to perform public relations to fit your needs.

• You are a private organization who is considered an essential service or part of our national infrastructure and has facilities or business within the boundaries of Ohio.  (Utilities, infrastructure, transportation, agriculture)
